Okay, so let me explain this.
We all know I love marching band, okay, we got that part.
Here’s the thing about these two pictures. Ever since I was the University of Tennessee Pride of the Southland Marching Band when I was about six or seven, I’ve wanted to march for the Pride. I’ve grown up watching them, and I’ve grown up going to multiple sporting events each year. Saturday I go to step on the field at Neyland Stadium for fan day. Being on that field made me realize how badly I want that dream to come true. It made me realize that what I’ve been dreaming of for over a decade can come true. I’m so close to living my dream. All I want is to step onto that field in front of 108,000 of the countries loudest fans on Saturday’s and march. I want to be part of the rich history, the program of success, the best damn band in the (south)land.
This is what I want. And it is so close.
